Hong Kong reports 3,907 new COVID-19 cases, of which 914 are locally infected, 209 are imported and 2,784 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 6 more deaths.
