Hong Kong reports 3,569 new COVID-19 cases, of which 864 are locally infected, 205 are imported and 2,500 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 6 more deaths.
