Hong Kong reports 3,529 new COVID-19 cases, of which 858 are locally infected, 313 are imported and 2,358 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 3 more deaths.
