Hong Kong reports 3,286 new COVID-19 cases, of which 878 are locally infected, 254 are imported and 2,154 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 8 more deaths.
