Hong Kong reports 3,642 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,091 are locally infected, 299 are imported and 2,252 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 10 more deaths.
