Hong Kong reports 4,369 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,046 are locally infected, 352 are imported and 2,971 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 2 more deaths.
