Hong Kong reports 4,900 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,114 are locally infected, 263 are imported and 3,523 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 13 more deaths.
