Hong Kong reports 4,656 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,006 are locally infected, 343 are imported and 3,307 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 9 more deaths.
