Hong Kong reports 5,622 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,276 are locally infected, 352 are imported and 3,994 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 8 more deaths.
