Hong Kong reports 5,424 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,312 are locally infected, 286 are imported and 3,826 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 7 more deaths.
