Hong Kong reports 5,361 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,344 are locally infected, 367 are imported and 3,650 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 5 more deaths.
