Hong Kong reports 4,954 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,128 are locally infected, 363 are imported and 3,463 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 7 more deaths.
