Hong Kong reports 5,433 new COVID-19 cases, of which 931 are locally infected, 295 are imported and 4,207 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 9 more deaths.
