Hong Kong reports 5,393 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,183 are locally infected, 332 are imported and 3,878 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 9 more deaths.
