Hong Kong reports 5,221 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,183 are locally infected, 411 are imported and 3,627 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 10 more deaths.
