Hong Kong reports 5,403 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,528 are locally infected, 343 are imported and 3,532 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 7 more deaths.
