Hong Kong reports 5,210 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,271 are locally infected, 435 are imported and 3,504 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 12 more deaths.
