Hong Kong reports 4,766 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,152 are locally infected, 416 are imported and 3,198 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 12 more deaths.
