Hong Kong reports 5,111 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,213 are locally infected, 443 are imported and 3,455 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 18 more deaths.
