Hong Kong reports 5,198 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,069 are locally infected, 518 are imported and 3,611 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 5 more deaths.
