Hong Kong reports 5,068 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,311 are locally infected, 454 are imported and 3,303 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 13 more deaths.
