Hong Kong reports 5,599 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,210 are locally infected, 347 are imported and 4,042 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 10 more deaths.
