Hong Kong reports 6,656 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,638 are locally infected, 465 are imported and 4,553 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 8 more deaths.
