Hong Kong reports 10,137 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,930 are locally infected, 546 are imported and 7,661 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 15 more deaths.
