Hong Kong reports 9,996 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,939 are locally infected, 546 are imported and 7,511 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 11 more deaths.
