Hong Kong reports 9,508 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,977 are locally infected, 579 are imported and 6,952 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 20 more deaths.
