Hong Kong reports 9,952 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,357 are locally infected, 650 are imported and 6,945 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 16 more deaths.
