Hong Kong reports 11,981 new COVID-19 cases, of which 3,197 are locally infected, 640 are imported and 8,144 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 22 more deaths.
