Hong Kong reports 13,924 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,986 are locally infected, 543 are imported and 10,395 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 23 more deaths.
