Hong Kong reports 14,717 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,747 are locally infected, 597 are imported and 11,373 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 25 more deaths.
