Hong Kong reports 14,870 new COVID-19 cases, of which 3,256 are locally infected, 756 are imported and 10,858 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 35 more deaths.
