Hong Kong reports 15,726 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,872 are locally infected, 708 are imported and 12,146 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 32 more deaths.
