Hong Kong reports 15,774 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,797 are locally infected, 710 are imported and 12,267 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 24 more deaths.
